Donor Information

Choices, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

We recieve no local, state or government funding. We are completely dependent on our community to supply our annual operating needs.

Our commitment to you

If you choose to make a financial investment in our organization, our commitment to you is that all funds are used wisely and with complete accountability to our community. Every gift is invested in the lives of the women who come for help and in the lives of their unborn children.

Ways you may choose to support us financially

1. Designate your United Way pledge to Choices, Inc..

Choices is a member of 10 different United Way Agencies. Just specify Choices, Inc. as a recipient by designating them on your Donor Option Card, which means if you don't specify Choices, Inc., they don't receive the funding. If you don't see Choices listed in the Recipient Book, you can still fill out the Donor Option Card and all the paperwork will be set up.
